Wesleyan Day School is a Christ-centered preschool ministry of First United Methodist Church Dothan, serving children ages 3 through Kindergarten. Our program is designed to nurture each child’s growth through play, exploration, and intentional learning in a caring, faith-filled environment. Program Details Section

AGES SERVED

  • Children must be 3–5 years old by September 1 for the 2026–2027 academic year
  • PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

  • 3-Year-Old Preschool (3P)  
  • 4-Year-Old Preschool (4P)
  • Kindergarten (K5)
  • SCHEDULE

  • Follows the school-year calendar (August–May)  
  • Monday–Friday  8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.

  • REGISTRATION

  • Registration for the 2026–2027 school year opens on February 2, 2026. Families interested in enrolling in Wesleyan Day School (3P–5K) may request a registration packet by emailing patti@fumcdothan.org.  Additional registration details will be shared as they become available.
  • DAYCARE & EXTENDED CARE

    Families who need care beyond the preschool hours may be interested in our Weekday Daycare Program, which offers options for extended hours and full-day childcare for an additional cost. This program also includes lunch options and offers summer care. 

    Extended care and summer programming are handled through our Weekday Daycare.
