Easter Egg Hunts

Sunday, March 29 | Beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Front Lawn – First United Methodist Church Dothan

Bring your folding chairs and blankets and join us on the front lawn for an afternoon of Easter fun for the whole family!

Families will gather together on the front lawn beginning at 4:00 p.m. We encourage you to arrive a few minutes early to grab your spot and settle in — there’s plenty happening throughout the afternoon.

🐣 Egg Hunt Schedule

Egg hunts are staggered by age group and will take place across different areas of our campus. From the front lawn, age groups will be called at the following times:

  • Toddlers – 4:05 p.m.

  • 3P–1st Grade – 4:20 p.m.

  • 2nd–4th Grade – 4:40 p.m.

When your child’s age group is called, our Children’s Ministry team will escort them to their designated hunt location and bring them safely back to the front lawn once their hunt concludes.

This staggered format gives each age group plenty of space and eggs — and keeps the afternoon moving smoothly for everyone.

🎉 More Than Just an Egg Hunt

While groups rotate through their hunts, families can enjoy lawn games, activities, and even a fun photo opportunity — you may just spot Peter Rabbit hopping around! 📸🐰

Stay for the Full Afternoon

Once the egg hunts wrap up, stick around for hamburgers, hotdogs, fellowship, and worship led by The Promise Band, ending with our annual Cross Raising on the front lawn.
