Planting the seeds of faith

A large, bright hall filled with a crowd of children and adults, nearly all dressed in red, standing together for a community event.

What an incredible week at Rainforest Falls VBS! More than 400 children joined us to discover God’s nature and learn that His love never fails. Through worship, Bible adventures, games, crafts, and hands-on activities, children experienced God’s Word while learning to look for “Wow God!” moments all around them.

All of this was made possible by more than 150 amazing volunteers. Adults and youth served side by side throughout the week, creating a welcoming environment where children could grow in faith and have fun. Our Respite Ministry participants also joined the celebration, dressing in VBS colors each day and taking part in daily devotions.

One of the greatest joys of the week was knowing that every child heard the Gospel and left with a deeper understanding of God’s love. Children learned Scripture, spent time in prayer, and built friendships while discovering more about who God is.

The impact of VBS reached far beyond our campus. Through our mission projects, children and families raised $2,583.06 to provide fruit trees for families in Honduras and tomato plants for local families through The Harbor.

VBS is about more than a week of summer fun. It is an opportunity to plant seeds of faith that can last a lifetime. We are grateful for every volunteer, donor, parent, and church member who helped make this week possible. Thank you for helping create countless “Wow God!” moments and for sharing God’s love with the children of our community.

God is love—and throughout Rainforest Falls VBS 2026, children experienced that love in unforgettable ways.
