Weekday Children's Ministry
WEEKDAY REOPENING UPDATE:
We are so excited to begin our phased opening! June 15th, we open at half capacity, and June 22nd we will open at full capacity. The Weekday staff has been patiently awaiting the day when we reopen and we can all be together again! We are looking forward to seeing the children who are sure to have grown over the last 3 months!
Our ‘new normal’ will look quite different upon our reopening! Here are some new practices one can expect to see:
- Temperature checks at the door for all staff and children
- Car line drop-off and pick-up only, to limit foot traffic inside the building
- Limited access to the building
- Staff will wear masks in the building
- Enhanced cleaning procedures
Even though our options are limited, we are committed to offering a top-quality childcare program filled with lots of FUN! You can help us by praying specifically for the safety of the children in our care and the wonderful staff who care for them each day!

REGISTRATION PROCESS/WAITING LIST:
You may call to be added to our waiting list, 793.2179, at any time including pregnancy. Our waiting list is extensive and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be contacted if, or when, a spot becomes available at which time you will be asked to pick up and fill out our enrollment packet and pay the registration fee. Registration begins in February for children already in our program and also for church members. Remaining spots are offered to the public in the beginning of March. Enrollment packets should be returned at least one week before the first day of attendance. Before the child can be admitted, all forms (registration packet, current immunization record, signed agreement page of Parents’ Handbook and copy of insurance card) must be completed and turned in with the registration fee. You will remain on the waiting list until preschool age, at which time families will register in February for the following school term, requesting both the preschool and childcare programs if needed.
