The Contributions and Accounts Payable Clerk will have primary responsibility to count, record, and process all monies of FUMC – including offerings, memorials, and pledges.
Other duties and responsibilities include weekly postings to accounts, preparing and validating deposits, managing memorials, preparing weekly checks, and other data entry and filing. For more information, a job description is available for this position.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Excel and Quickbooks (preferably Access as well), have accounts payable experience, and have the ability to handle confidential or sensitive information professionally.
