Each year, our church dedicates some time in the fall to focus on reminding ourselves of why we’re in ministry, how our ministry impacts the lives of those around us, and how we can continue to fulfill our mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. We call this “Stewardship”. Each year, our annual ministry plan is created based on the commitments (aka pledges) of our church family. With these commitments, we’re able to plan for the following year’s ministry with a list of individuals ready to serve at The Harbor, children’s events, worship services, and in a large number of ways. We’re also able to financially dedicate funds to ministry areas based on the commitments received during the stewardship season. When you commit to praying, serving, attending, inviting, giving, and witnessing with your church, you’re fulfilling your commitment to Christ and the United Methodist Church.

Our goal for the 2022 stewardship season is for everyone to find a place to serve and grow in their relationship with God. This year’s stewardship theme is “Together, We…” Acts 2:43 says, “Awe came upon everyone, because many wonders and signs were being done by the apostles.” Our prayer is that the focus of this sermon series on signs and wonders will create in you a desire to become an even greater part of the life and ministry of our church.

Every pledge of your prayers, presence, gifts, service and witness allows us greater opportunities to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world.

We invite you to join us as we commit to serving, giving, and reaching out together in 2022!
