Dealing With Grief & Loss: Hope in the midst of pain (certain weeks)
Death. Relationship Ending. Unemployment. Failed Expectation. Severe Injury. Major Illness. These are experiences that hurt, that bring pain. No one is immune. It is part of being human.  No one escapes grief and loss. The sources of grief and loss are many – they vary from person to person.  But the feelings we experience are similar: shock, denial, anger, depression. If this is a time of grief and loss for you, you are welcome in this support group.
Cost of book is $10 per person.
Registration required – class size limited.

Acts  (weekly starting Jan 8)
Acts is the second of two New Testament books written by Luke.  It is a selective history of how the early church, empowered by the Holy Spirit, moved outwardly from a small Jewish sect in Jerusalem into a primarily Gentile church spreading rapidly throughout the Roman Empire, and “to the ends of the earth.” Luke attempts to close the gap between events recorded in the Gospels and the later developments of the church.  It is an action book and, therefore, one of the most exciting books of the Bible.
Led by Tharel Shirah
6:00 pm, Rm. 131

Learning to Lead Like Jesus (weekly starting Jan 8)
A faithful life and humble spirit make you a leader worth following.
